How scams and rips you off

For our investigation, besides creating a dating profile on to better explore the website, we thought it would be a great idea to read the terms and condition of use, as well as the privacy policy documents of the website. Here is what we found out.

1) Phony Dating Profiles is full of beautiful women, and that’s the first thing anyone who joins the site will notice first. But, common sense should lead you to ask yourself “If they look so gorgeous – why date online?” If you are such good-looking woman in real life, you wouldn’t really have the need to join some dating website to look for guys from your area and hook up. Just go out you’ll have no problem meeting someone immediately.

Also, in the terms and conditions of use document we found the needed evidence to confirm that fabricates women’s dating profiles. They call these profiles “Love Stars” and all of the profiles we checked out were from the Love Stars service. These profiles are completely made up and created by the site to look full of beautiful women – since there aren’t any and men won’t join if there is no one to date. Basically, everything you can see on a Love Stars dating profile, from photographs, to personal interests and information is completely fake.

2) Receiving Computer-Automated Messages will then send you computer automated messages through the fake “Love Stars” profiles. We started receiving such chat and email messages immediately after we created our profile. The red flag that lead us to the discovery of this scamming trick was the fact that we didn’t have any information, text or photos uploaded on our profile when we started getting messages (since it’s just for investigation we didn’t think it was necessary).

Beware of messages sent from “Love Stars”! They are bait! hopes that you won’t notice the scam and that you will get so excited by the potential women contacting you, so that you upgrade to a paid membership without thinking twice. Actually, extorts your credit card info by blocking you from reading received messages or contacting others the site without paying first.
